Section 870-RICR-30-00-9.13 - Inspection RightsA. The Corporation shall have the right at reasonable times to make an inspection and to enter upon any property that is the subject of an Application whether the Project is ongoing, or completed, and during the term of an Incentive Agreement to verify compliance with the Act, the Rules and such other conditions imposed by the Corporation.B.
