Section 870-RICR-30-00-6.12 - Discretion and Judicial ReviewA. The Corporation shall not have any obligation to make any award or grant any benefits under the Act or these Rules.B. A review of a Request for Authorization or of an Application shall not constitute a "contested case" under the Administrative Procedures Act, R.I. Gen. Laws § 42-35-9, and no opportunity to object to a Request for Authorization or an Application shall be afforded, nor shall judicial review be available from a decision rendered by the Corporation or the Board in connection with any Request for Authorization or any Application.870 R.I.
