The Corporation shall not enter into a new Incentive Agreement with an Applicant that has previously received incentives pursuant to the Act, unless the Applicant has satisfied all of its obligations underlying the previous award of incentives through the effective date of a new Incentive Agreement for such subsequent award, and the New Full-Time Jobs pledged by the Applicant in the new Incentive Agreement are in addition to the jobs created by the Applicant under any pre-existing Incentive Agreement.
