Section 870-RICR-30-00-1.9 - Establishment of the Funds

A. The Corporation shall establish funds to collectively administer the STEM/Design and Healthcare Fellowships.

B. Unless specified in the program's annual State budget allocation, awards shall be made to the strongest eligible Fellows between the two programs based on a rubric created by the Corporation. These awards shall be made, irrespective of their applicant type, provided that at least thirty percent of the Fellows represent the STEM/Design Fellowship and at least thirty percent of the Fellows represent the Healthcare Fellowship.
