Section 870-RICR-10-00-1.9 - Rescission of AuthorizationA. The Corporation may, by majority vote of the Board, revoke any Authorization upon finding that: 1. The Project has been significantly altered in size, scope or impact since the Corporation's issuance of the Authorization; or2.
