Section 860-RICR-00-00-1.6 - Review of ApplicationsA. Complete Proposals containing all documentation required by the request for proposals shall be determined to be complete by the Commission staff and then submitted to the program's administrative agency for review.B. Proposals will be reviewed by the program's administrative agency staff to determine eligibility and conformance with the threshold requirements.C. Staff of the Division of Planning will review for consistency with comprehensive plans and the Historic Preservation Commission will review all properties that are of historic significance.D. All Proposals that satisfy the threshold requirements will be evaluated based on the Program funding priorities specified in the Request for Proposals.E. A program review committee appointed by the Chair shall make recommendations for funding, and those that should be denied, to the Commission based on the funding priorities in the Request for Proposals.F.
