To ensure that resources are expended in the most efficient manner that most positively impacts the intended beneficiaries, the Commission will establish a list of program priorities. These priorities will be published with each Request for Proposals (RFP).B. Priorities will be factored in the scoring of applications, which will also be detailed in each RFP. Developments that do not significantly advance these priorities may be denied funding through the Program.C.
