Section 840-RICR-00-00-1.12 - AppealsA. A person may choose to file an appeal if his/her application is denied or his/her pass is confiscated or revoked. Additional information or any extenuating circumstances can be provided as part of the appeal. An appeal must be filed in writing within 20 business days to: 1.
