Section 835-RICR-30-00-1.6 - Small PurchasesA. The NBC's Small Purchases shall not exceed an aggregate amount of ten thousand dollars ($10,000) for construction and five thousand dollars ($5,000) for all other purchases. Small Purchases shall be made in accordance with the following procedure: 1. No purchase can be made without an approved purchase order.2. A ten percent (10%) variance shall be allowed for unit cost adjustment, when and where applicable, with the approval of the purchasing manager.3.
