Except as otherwise defined herein, the words and phrases used within these Loan Policies and Procedures have the same meaning as the words and phrases have in R.I. Gen. Laws Chapter 46-12.2, as amended.B. "Facility plan" means any of the following: municipal stormwater management plans; water pollution abatement project facilities plans; wastewater treatment facility energy efficiency and generation plans; wastewater treatment facility resiliency plans; local governmental unit total maximum daily load implementation plans; municipal stormwater utility development plans and amendments or updates to such plans.830 R.I.
