Section 830-RICR-10-05-2.18 - Disclosure of Property Owner Information

Property owners must agree to allow the Bank to disclose personal/corporate information submitted as part of the program to the PA. They also must agree that the Bank Board and the PA may disclose the property owner's information to third parties when such disclosure is essential to the conduct of the Bank's business.
