Section 825-RICR-10-00-4.7 - Duration of DebarmentA. Debarment shall be for a period of time commensurate with the acts or omissions of the Person to be debarred. Where the offense is egregious, permanent Debarment may be imposed in the best interests of the Corporation.B.
