Section 820-RICR-00-00-4.9 - Effective Date

The foregoing "Responsible Contractor Regulation", after due notice, is hereby adopted on the 8th day of May, 2017 and filed with the Secretary of State this 9th day of May, 2017, to become effective on May 29, 2017 in accordance with the provisions of R.I. Gen. Laws Chapter 42-35, 1956.
