Section 815-RICR-50-05-1.17 - Safety Regulations

A. All common or contract carriers shall be subject to the rules and regulations adopted by the U.S. Department of Transportation governing:

1. the safety of motor carrier operations and equipment, and

2. the transportation of hazardous materials.
