Section 810-RICR-40-10-2.8 - Special ProvisionsA. The applicability, in whole or in part, of these regulations to a quasi-municipal corporation, and the manner in which they may apply to such entity shall be subject to action by the Commission pursuant to R.I. Gen. Laws § 39-1-27(g).B. The foregoing rules and regulations, after due notice and an opportunity for hearing, are hereby adopted and filed with the Secretary of State this 11th day of December, 1996, to become effective twenty (20) days after filing, in accordance with provisions of R.I.
