Section 810-RICR-00-00-1.24 - TranscriptsA. Availability in Public Hearings. Public hearings will be stenographically recorded. Any party who requests and receives transcripts shall pay the specified costs to the official reporter. If such receipt is earlier than the date on which the Commission would otherwise receive transcripts, the reporter shall deliver the Commission's copy to the Commission on the earlier date.B. Corrections. Corrections in the official transcript may be made only to make it conform to the evidence presented at the hearing. Transcript corrections agreed to by opposing attorneys may be incorporated into the record, if and when approved by the presiding officer, at any time during the hearing, or after the close of evidence, but not more than thirty (30) days from the date of receipt of the transcript, unless the time is shortened by the presiding officer.
