Taxicab with a Certificate and an Authorized User. § 2.6 of this Part applies to Drivers of Taxicabs that have a Certificate and are designated as an Authorized User by the Corporation.1. Permitted Activities. Drivers are authorized to:a. Drop off passengers on the Departures Roadway;b. Pick up passengers in an area of the Commercial Curb designated by the Corporation; andc. Drop off and/or pick up passengers in an area designated by the Corporation at the Interlink.2. Prohibited Activities. a.
