Delete Definition of Residential Building and substitute the following:
Residential Buildings for this code include Group R-1, R-2, R-3 and R-4 buildings three (3) stories of less in height above grade plane. One (1) and Two (2) Family dwellings and townhouses shall comply with SBC- 2, Chapter 11.
