M 1401.3 Delete section M1401.3 and substitute the following:
M 1401.3 Sizing.
Heating and cooling equipment shall be sized based on building loads calculated in accordance with ACCA Manual J or other approved heating and cooling methodologies. To recognize equipment sizing availability and to provide for future additions, equipment shall be sized so as not to exceed one hundred fifty percent (150%) of the submitted building load calculations.
