Section 510-RICR-00-00-1.11 - Chapter 13: Energy Efficiency

Delete in its entirety and substitute the following:

1301.1 Scope.

This Chapter governs the design and construction of buildings for energy efficiency.

1301. Criteria.

Buildings shall be designed in accordance with the Rhode Island Energy Code SBC 82021 (Part 8 of this Subchapter).
