Section 490-RICR-00-00-2.15 - Enforcement

The Board shall forward any determinations of non-compliance made pursuant to §2.12.2 and 2.13.1 of this Part to the Division of Public Utilities and Carriers for consideration of enforcement action as set forth in R.I. Gen. Laws § 39-4-3.
