Section 490-RICR-00-00-2.13 - Evaluation of Plan Implementation2.13.1General PolicyA. The Board may issue a determination of non-compliance should the following occur: 1. Failure of a water supplier to implement their Board-approved plan.2. The Board after reviewing progress made in implementing a plan, finds that plan implementation is not sufficient to achieve the objectives of the Water Supply System Management Act. In assessing progress made under an approved water supply system management plans, the Board shall consider the financial and technical resources available to the water supplier, factors that are and are not within the control of the water supplier, changes occurring since the plan was adopted or most recently amended, and other matters relevant to the execution of a water supply system management plan.490 R.I.
