Section 480-RICR-00-00-2.12 - Changes and Waivers of RegulationsA. These rules and regulations may be amended from time to time in accordance with the provisions of the Administrative Procedures Act, R.I. Gen. Laws § 42-35-3.B. Provisions of these rules and regulations may be waived for good cause by a majority vote of the seven member State Housing Appeals Board. In the event of such waiver, the Chair shall file with the record of the case a statement of the facts on which such a waiver is based.
