Section 475-RICR-00-00-1.1 - OrganizationA. The Personnel Appeal Board is constituted as set forth in R.I. Gen. Laws §§ 36-3-6 and 36-3-7. The Personnel Appeal Board exercises the powers and performs the duties conferred or imposed upon it by R.I. Gen. Laws Chapters 36-3 and 36-4 and such other powers and duties as may from time to time be otherwise conferred or imposed upon it by law.B.
