Section 470-RICR-00-00-1.16 - Basis of DecisionA. The panel shall grant to the consumer the relief specified in R.I. Gen. Laws § 31-5.2-3 and any other relief available under applicable warranties of the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Federal Trade Commission Improvement Act, 88 Stat. 2183 (1975), 15 U.S.C. § 2301 et seq. as in effect on October 1, 1982, and any other applicable state or federal statute.B.
