When a Board member recuses himself or herself from participating in any case presented to the Board, the member shall file a written recusal with the Board's Administrator, which shall become part of the official record of the proceeding. A copy of the recusal shall also be provided to all parties' representatives of record and the Ethics Commission, and the recusal shall be referenced in the Board's decision in some manner.
