Section 430-RICR-00-00-1.11 - SeverabilityA. If any of the provisions of these rules and regulations or if any rule, regulation, or order of the Board or if the application of such provision to any person or circumstance shall be held invalid, the remainder of these rules and regulations and the application of such provision of these rules and regulations or such rule, regulation, or order to persons or circumstances, other than those as to which it is held invalid, shall not be affected thereby.430 R.I.
