Section 290-RICR-20-00-4.9 - Inspection Services RequirementsA. If costs for work within the State Highway Right-of-Way are over $25,000, the Applicant must hire a RIDOT approved construction inspection company to certify that all work associated with the approved Permit is in accordance with the RI Standard Specifications including any amendments thereto.B. The inspection company shall be required to be present during specific phases of work as required by the Department, prior to commencement of any work.
