Section 280-RICR-20-25-7.1 - Purpose

The purpose of these rules and regulations is to implement R.I. Gen. Laws §§ 7-16-67 and 7-16-73, which imposes an annual filing requirement on Limited Liability Companies (LLCs) and their members.
