Section 250-RICR-150-10-5.2 - Legal AuthorityA. These Regulations are adopted pursuant to the powers and duties of the Board of Certification of Operators of Wastewater Treatment Facilities as required and authorized by R.I. Gen. Laws Chapter 42-17.4.B. These Regulations are promulgated pursuant to the provisions of the Administrative Procedures Act, R.I. Gen. Laws Chapter 42-35, and are effective twenty (20) days following the date of filing with the Secretary of State.250 R.I. Code R. 250-RICR-150-10-5.2
