Section 250-RICR-150-05-1.18 - Effect of ApprovalA. The issuance of an approval mandates compliance with all terms, conditions, management practices and operation and maintenance requirements set forth in the approval. Any violation of these may result in the finding of a prohibited discharge as set forth in § 1.13 of this Part.B. The issuance of an approval does not relieve any person of the continuing responsibility to comply with any applicable rule of these regulations or applicable sections of the Clean Water Act.C. The issuance of an approval by the Department does not relieve any person of the responsibility for obtaining any other necessary permits or approvals from any federal, state, regional, or local agency.D. The issuance of an approval does not authorize any injury to persons or property or invasion of other private rights, or any infringement of Federal, State or local law or regulations.250 R.I.
