Section 250-RICR-130-00-1.4 - ApplicationA. These Regulations shall be liberally construed to permit the Department to effectuate the purposes of State law.B. These Regulations shall apply to all persons subject to enforcement action by the Department under the laws administered by the Director, and the Rules, Regulations, permits, licenses, and orders adopted pursuant to the Director's authority.C. These Regulations shall be construed in harmony with existing Rules and Regulations adopted pursuant to the Director's authority wherever possible.D.
