Section 250-RICR-120-05-3.7 - Determination of ComplianceA. Compliance with § 3.2 of this Part shall be determined by one of the following procedures: 1. Emission testing conducted by the owner or operator of the source according to 40 C.F.R. § 60, Appendix A, Method 5, or by another method which has the prior approval of or is required by the Director.2. Technical evaluation based on such factors which may include the potential of the industrial process for emitting particulates; design of the process, equipment or facility; design efficiency of air pollution control systems; and emission test results on similar processes, equipment or facilities.250 R.I.
