Section 230-RICR-40-15-1.2 - PurposeA. The purpose of this Regulation is to set forth procedures to carry out the provisions of R.I. Gen. Laws §§ 19-2-14 and 19-2-14.1 entitled "Conversion to stock form of financial institution" and "Mutual holding companies", respectively.
