Section 230-RICR-30-20-2.24 - Prohibition Against Lending NameA. No licensee shall enter into an arrangement, either directly or indirectly, to lend his or her name or license for the benefit of another person, or for the purpose of circumventing the Rhode Island General Laws pertaining to real estate licensure and this Regulation.B. Any arrangement where a licensee affiliates with a principal broker not actively involved in real estate activity requiring licensure to circumvent the Rhode Island General Laws pertaining to real estate licensure and this Regulation shall be grounds for disciplinary action.230 R.I.
