Section 230-RICR-30-05-2.15 - ReinspectionA. Upon written or verbal request by an insurance company to reinspect a Motor Vehicle, the Licensee shall allow representatives of the insurance company to reinspect the Motor Vehicle after the Motor Vehicle Body Work has been completed, in accordance with the provisions of R.I. Gen. Laws § 27-10.1-9.B. Pursuant to R.I. Gen. Laws § 27-10.1-9(c), if the reinspection requires the use of body shop Testing Equipment, the insurance carrier shall pay for the use of that Testing Equipment and such fee shall be arranged between the insurance carrier and the auto body shop and such agreed upon fee shall be consistent with all other applicable Rules and Regulations.230 R.I.
