Section 230-RICR-20-60-3.14 - Extensions of Time LimitsA. Upon a finding by the Hearing Officer or Director that good cause exists, any of the time limits enumerated above may be extended.B. Requests for extension of any period must be stipulated in writing prior to the expiration of the period. Stipulations of all parties are acceptable in lieu of a written request for extension.C. Extensions shall not be granted if inattention or procrastination caused the delay, but shall be granted if the delay is attributable to honest mistake, accident, or any cause compatible with proper diligence.230 R.I.
