Section 230-RICR-20-60-1.12 - Supervision of Consumer Credit Insurance OperationsA. Each insurer transacting credit insurance in this state shall be responsible for conducting a thorough periodic review of creditors with respect to their credit insurance business with such creditors to assure compliance with the insurance laws of this state and the Part promulgated by the Commissioner.B.
