An appraiser who allows his, her or its license to expire may, within twelve (12) months from the due date of the renewal, reinstate the license without the necessity of passing a written examination. A reinstatement fee is required along with the unpaid renewal fee which shall be paid at the time of reinstatement. This reinstatement is only available if the application is received within twelve (12) months of the due date and the Applicant was in good standing in this state at the time of renewal. The Applicant is required to file a reinstatement application, file the appropriate affidavit and pay all applicable fees.
