Section 230-RICR-20-50-3.2 - Purpose and Applicability

A. This Part shall apply to any person that practices as a business the appraising of damages to motor vehicles being repaired under insurance policies.

B. The purpose of this Part is to establish standards and procedures for the issuance of motor vehicle damage appraiser licenses and to govern the conduct of motor vehicle damage appraisers.
