Section 230-RICR-20-45-1.9 - Subsidiaries of Domestic Insurers

The authority to invest in subsidiaries under R.I. Gen. Laws § 27-35-1.5 is in addition to any authority to invest in subsidiaries which may be contained in any other provision of the Insurance Code.
