Section 230-RICR-20-45-1.11 - Amendments to Form A

The applicant shall promptly advise the Commissioner of any changes in the information furnished on Form A (§ 1.23 of this Part) arising subsequent to the date upon which the information was furnished but prior to the Commissioner's disposition of the application.
