Section 230-RICR-20-30-6.11 - Judicial Review

Any request for a finding of substantial compliance and decision thereon by the OHIC under this Part or any administrative penalty imposed by the OHIC for a violation of this Part shall be subject to judicial review pursuant to R.I. Gen. Laws § 42-35-15.
