Section 230-RICR-20-30-14.9 - ReportingA. Each agency shall compile and maintain reports in form and content consistent with instructions issued as a bulletin by the Office for that purpose and these reports shall: 1. Include but not be limited to a report that includes all utilization review benefit determinations made by the agency and its delegates (if applicable), broken down by categories set forth by the Office, which categories may change from time to time at the discretion of the Commissioner; and2. Be filed with the Office according to the Office's instructions, no more frequently than quarterly.B. Each agency shall promptly comply with periodic requests by the Commissioner and/or the Office for information, data and/or reports requested for the purpose of determining compliance with the Act, this Part, and any applicable federal laws or regulations relating to the Act.230 R.I.
