Section 230-RICR-20-25-7.3 - Applicability and ScopeA. This Regulation shall apply to: 1. The qualifications of agents who sell modified guaranteed annuity contracts in this state;2. The qualification of insurers who issue such contracts;3. The required contract form and provisions for issue of such coverage in this state; and4. The manner in which separate account assets, supporting such issued contracts, are to be maintained and reported.230 R.I. Code R. 230-RICR-20-25-7.3
