The S.L.A. shall, upon request, within a reasonable period of time, provide to each blind vendor/licensee access to all program and financial data of the S.L.A. relevant to the operation of the vending facility program.B. Insofar as practicable, such data shall be made available in Braille, large print, electronic format, and/or on recorded tape, upon request.C.
