Section 216-RICR-60-10-1.11 - Removal of Body from SceneA. The Medical Examiner shall authorize the removal of the body of the decedent including pertinent evidence on or about the body, and including instrumentalities which may be pertinent to the cause and manner of death, to the state morgue, or to whatever place is deemed appropriate by the medical examiner.B.
