Section 216-RICR-50-10-3.1 - Authority and Purpose

A. These regulations are promulgated pursuant to the authority conferred by R. I. Gen. Laws §§ 23-1-5, 23-1-17, 23-21-1, and 23-21-4 and are established to define the minimal standards for recreational facilities consistent with statutory provisions.
