Section 216-RICR-50-10-1.2 - Incorporation by Reference

These Regulations hereby adopt and incorporate the 2017 FDA Food Code by reference and the Supplement to the 2017 Food Code (2019), not including any further editions or amendments thereof and only to the extent that the provisions therein are not inconsistent with these Regulations.
