Section 216-RICR-50-05-7.1 - AUTHORITYA. These rules and regulations are promulgated pursuant to the authority conferred by R.I. Gen. Laws § 46-15.6-7.B. The terms and provisions of the rules and regulations shall be liberally construed to allow the Department of Health to effectuate the purposes of the state law, goals, and policies consistent with the R.I. Gen. Laws Chapter 46-15.6.216 R.I. Code R. 216-RICR-50-05-7.1
